Returns & Exchanges

All sale/reduced items, including items purchased with a discount code or a voucher given by nestling are not eligible for refund but may be exchanged with postage costs to return the item and resend the exchanged item at the customer's expense.

In the event that you wish to return and/or exchange an item, please complete and submit the electronic form below strictly within 14 days of purchase or email nestling at enquiries@nestling.com.au. In your form/email please provide us with the details of the item purchased and the reason you wish to return or exchange it. Please note: items must be in their original condition, still have the tags attached and be unused/unworn. Postage to return an item is at the customer's expense.

Clearance items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

In the event of a damaged item nestling will reimburse the postage price for returning the item and send a replacement, if available, at no cost to you. If no replacement is available, nestling will refund the purchase price of the faulty item.
